RESUME
Born in San Francisco, CA in 1968, Mary Daniel Hobson has been pursuing photography since the age of 14. Trained as an art historian, her graduate studies of Surrealism inspired her to work in a mixed media manner with photography. Whether creating layered collages, intricate still lives, or bottling photographs, her work consistently explores layered experience and inner geography.
